IN THE MOOD FOR FOOD, Philip Gelb' vegan and vegetarian personal chef and vegetarian catering service is available throughout the San Francisco bay area. I am also available to travel for retreats and events. We use the highest quality, fresh, local, seasonal and organic ingredients to create delightful, tasty and nutritious cuisine. I make my own homeade tempeh and soymilk, tofu, noodles of various kinds, coconut milk, thai curry pastes. We do everything from scratch! Thus our food has the highest possibl flavor and texture as well as limiting our environental footprint. Very familiar with various styles of vegetarian cuisine with an emphasis on Japanese, Thai, Italian, Mexican, and Middle Eastern and fusion styles. References and menus available on request. by the way, the name of my business is named after Wang Kar Wai's film, not the song :)
